Opening and closing the zendo

We are a small group, and we do not have a dedicated zendo space. We rent space in a church, so each week the room is set up and taken down by us.

From 5:30 to 6:00, we unlock the premises, clear the main floor of the space, broom and clean up if needed, arrange the mats, set up the room dividers, set up the altar, and set up the dokusan room. From 8:00 to 8:15, we put everything away and lock up.

This is optional, but very much appreciated, on a volunteer basis. Even one extra pair of hands shortens the work for everyone.

Please note: The schedule may change as needed. Current details are shared directly with members and expected visitors.
